The case of a wine collector’s passion to share!

What to do with mega collections of rare and highly rated wines - many of the finest wines produced from all over the world? This was the dilemma facing the owners of the "Wine Menu" and one that required an immediate solution. It was the joy of sharing these treasures that spawned the obvious solution and that was to channel its great rare wines to those who choose to collect or drink incredible delectable liquid gold.

The web site called simply "Wine Menu" was developed. After all, that is what each high end restaurant customer asks for when frequenting his favorite dining place? Wine Menu has made many wine collectors, restaurant owners, and lovers of truly splendid wines very happy. So that is what a fine wine collector does when a lifetime of collecting yields more bottles of wine than could possibly be consumed by family, friends, and business peers.

Thousands of hours of searching are required to build a collection of great quality wines, not to mention a fortune spent on purchasing them over the decades. Then there is the year after year expense of properly storing the collectibles. Wine Collectors must go to great lengths, and often great expense, to ensure their collections are protected from heat, light, and motion. Perhaps the greatest expense is in the travel to hundreds of wineries in order to taste, buy, and build strong direct relationships with the owners of the very best wineries.

The Wine Menu website brings joy to its owners with the assurance that those purchasing their wines are wine lovers who appreciate with a high level of appreciation and enjoyment the wines they purchase from Wine Menu. It is no surprise that selling our wines to restaurants has been a good place to share the Wine Menu’s current huge list of both vintage rare wines and hard to find small production wineries sought after bottles.

Customers ultimately are the greatest beneficiaries of the relationship between Wine Menu and restaurants. With Wine Menu’s lists enhanced with rare Bordeaux, limited production Burgundy, or California cult Cabernets, non-collectors have a chance to taste some of the rarest, painstakingly selected and cared for wines available. So the next time you are dining out and try a special bottle of hard-to-find highly rated rare vintage wine, you might have the "Wine Menu", truly passionate collectors, to thank for what will surely be a memorable enological experience.
